Our monthly Get-Together on November 7th was fantastic!

New attendees received a pair of HEADHUNTERS DRUMSTICKS!

We all fellowshipped while eating pizza & great desserts.

Our special guest speaker was Fine Arts Pastor Marsha Headley from Brookfield Assembly of God Church. She gave a wonderful talk about what she looks for in a drummer and the drummer's role in ministry and as a member of a worship team.

We had a doorprize giveaway of 2 "PHAT FEET".

The "Equipment Tip" of the month was a very handy gadget called "Slicknut Quick Release Cymbal Nut"

Our "Young Up & Coming" drummers were Phillip Hill, Jr. and Benny Ramos IV. Phillip displayed amazing facility, technique & chops combined with grace. Benny was the master of the groove and pocket who truly "played for the song".

Our special guest clinician was one of Wisconsin's top studio & performing drummers, Mike Murphy. Mike demonstrated dynamics, economy of motion and stressed "playing for the song".

Our jam session consisted of over 22 drummers & percussionists on over 9 drum sets, 1 percussion set-up & 1 cowbell.
